Women as Key Actors<\/strong><\/span>

Women are usually responsible for ensuring their families\u2019 food security, but they rarely receive the necessary resources and freedoms. Our priority is to empower women politically, socially, and financially, so that entire communities benefit: families become more resilient and healthier, children receive better educational opportunities, while productivity and income increase.<\/p>\n

Strengthening Self-Reliance – Unleashing Potential <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We promote the self-reliance of affected people on the ground by strengthening their abilities, leadership skills, and self-confi-dence through targeted training. Trained local development facilitators pass this knowledge on, motivate other villagers, and thereby spark a movement powered by their own initiative.<\/p>\n

Collaborative Partnership with Local Authorities<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

We involve local authorities in shaping development processes, so that changes have a long-lasting and sustainable impact.
